1. Introduction

By creating an account and using the EB Coaching app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

EB Coaching provides digital training plans and tools for athletes of all levels. This is NOT a medical service and does not provide medical advice.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own health and training decisions.
• You agree to use the service only for personal, lawful purposes.
• You must keep your login information secure.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card information. Subscription access is granted only when payment is completed.

5. User Content

Any training data you upload is owned by you. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account by emailing espen@ebcoaching.no. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Liability

We are not liable for injuries, training mistakes, or incorrect data provided by users. Use the service at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
