We provide a digital coaching platform that generates training plans and stores user-created training data. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

2. Data We Collect

We only collect the minimum data needed to provide the service:

• Email
• Password (hashed, never stored in plain text)
• Optional profile info (name, training goals, training logs you choose to upload)
• Payment status via Stripe (we do NOT store credit card details)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only to:

• Create and manage your account
• Generate personalized training plans
• Store your training history
• Process subscription payments
• Improve the service and maintain security

We do NOT sell personal data.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process your data based on:

• Contract (to deliver the service you signed up for)
• Consent (for creating an account and agreeing to Terms)
• Legitimate interest (app security and fraud prevention)

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers:

• Stripe for payments
• Hosting provider for secure storage
• Email communication tools
• AI provider for generating training plans

These parties are not allowed to use your data for their own marketing.

6. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed outside your home country. We use legally approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

8. Deletion of Account

You may delete your data by contacting us at the address above. During testing, deletion requests may be handled manually.

9. Security

We protect your data using:

• HTTPS encryption
• Encrypted database storage
• Hashed passwords (bcrypt/argon2)
• Access control for admin
• No sensitive data stored in logs

10. Children

Our service is not intended for children under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app develops. Updates will be posted in-app.
